Rules.
1. The first chapter is from an unpublished novel or creative narrative of any genre.
2. Chapter must be no longer than 3000 words. If your chapter is longer, end at a suitable point and add the word (UNFINISHED) 3. Synopsis - no more than 500 words.
NEW! Short stories may also be entered. A story should be no longer than 3,500 words.
4 Send entries via e-mail attachment in MS Word or Text, un-zipped.
5. Send to sally@sallyodgers.com . Please note; If no acknowledgement is received, email a query.
6. Put First Chapter and Story Competition in the subject line.
In e-mail body - your name (or pseudonym), address, and, if you’re under 21, your age.
